Your Hour Of Power Week Recorded 2-20-08

Last Wednesday we had so much fun shifting energy! We spotlighted two guest, Heidi from New Hampshire and Alan from Missouri. Cheryl and I were blessed with the opportunity to intimately participate in Alan and Heidi’s life by helping them to re frame their current thoughts. By re framing our thoughts and making way for better new feeling thoughts; we create the intended outcome of our choice. Easy right? Well yes and no. First we have to be willing to get in touch with what it is (the essence) of what we want and next we believe that things can and will be different. Alan wanted to shift his thoughts about his daughter, her grades and her new boyfriend. Listen to how in ten minuets Alan was able to get to and have what he really wanted!
